MEET NINA M. RAMIREZ
CEO | INTERIOR DESIGNER
Nina brings over two decades of experience in interior design. Before founding NMR Design Group, she worked at leading architecture and interior design firms, where she gained hands-on knowledge of every phase of the design and construction process. Born in Nicaragua and raised across the Caribbean and the Americas, Nina draws inspiration from diverse cultures and aesthetics—infusing each project with global perspective and timeless style.
Known for her ability to balance vision with logistics, Nina is passionate about collaborating with clients to bring their ideal space to life. She takes a thoughtful approach to ensure every detail—from layout to final touches—aligns with your lifestyle, budget, and goals.
MEET JUAN CARLOS RAMIREZ
MANAGING PARTNER | BUSINESS STRATEGY & OPERATIONS
Juan Carlos joined the firm in 2016, bringing a wealth of expertise in banking, business development, and operations. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Business Economics, he spent over a decade managing sales teams, financial plans, and high-level strategy before partnering with Nina to scale the firm.
At NMR, Juan Carlos oversees daily operations, project timelines, vendor relationships, and client communications—ensuring each project runs smoothly and efficiently. Fluent in English and Spanish and deeply committed to client satisfaction, he serves as the grounding force behind the firm’s fast growth and trusted reputation.
